Who we are

Relign builds AI systems for estate agencies and property developers. For any question about your data, email leo@relign.co.

What we collect

• Details you send through our contact form: your name, work email, agency, role and message.

• Emails you send us.

• Details you give when you book a call through Calendly.

• Basic, anonymous statistics about how the website is used, such as pages visited. These do not identify you.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and arrange calls.

• To prepare and deliver our services if you become a client.

• To improve the website.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and booking tool, and only when needed. If a provider is outside the UK or EU, we rely on approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your data only as long as we need it for the reasons above. Then we delete it.

Some pages show videos from Loom and links to Calendly. These services may collect data under their own privacy policies.

Data in the systems we build

When we build a system for an agency, we process the agency’s customer data only on the agency’s instructions and under a data processing agreement. The agency’s own privacy notice covers that data.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law (GDPR), you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to limit its use. Email leo@relign.co. You can also complain to your data protection authority, for example the ICO in the UK.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
